= √10^2  + 4√10 + 3 - 8√10

= 10 + 4√10 + 3 - 8√10

= 13 + 4√10 - 8√10

= 13 + √10(4 - 8)

= 13 + (-4√10)

= 13 - 4√10

or

= -4√10 + 13
