Its a medicine that helps with migraines or headaches 
Aspirin is used to reduce fever and to relieve pain and swelling. Aspirin is known as a salicylate and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (  NSAID)
It is made of salicylic acid found in the bark of a willow tree.
