D. Facts can be proven and disproven through evidence itself. Even a bias type of answer will be disregarded once a fact about it is being released to the majority that are studying it. Authority will be broken if they provide false facts to the public, and opinions are just simple statements. Evidence is what makes a fact true or false in all means necessary.
