Answer: DNA polymerase as it adds nucleotides during replication

DNA polymerase is the key enzyme of DNA replication. It adds dNTP i.e deoxyribonucleotides and catalyze new Strand of DNA. Two DNA molecules are synthesized from a original DNA as this enzyme occur in pairs.
