what is the relationship between the krebs cycle and the link reaction?

The Krebs cycle is a series of biochemical steps that lead to the complete oxidation of glucose, resulting in the production of carbon dioxide, water and relatively large amounts of ATP. A link reaction is the reaction needed to move the products of glycolysis into the Krebs cycle.
