Eastern European countries consist of Polland,Czech, Ukriane, Romania etc. These countries today still are not entirely democratic. For instance Czech is still a parliamentary government, Polland is a parliamentary government. Although they are not dictatorships or monarchies they are still a form of government that has not reached democracy (citizens voting for solutions or leadership) because a parliament is assigned or nominated by other officials.
