The tenth term of the sequence is 5.

Given to us,

Sequence, [tex]\bold{a_n=4+(-1)^n}[/tex]

For tenth term,

n = 10,

Subsituting the value of n we get,

[tex]{a_n=4+(-1)^n}\\a_{10}=4+(-1)^{10}\\a_{10} = 4 + 1\\a_{10} = 5[/tex]

Hence, the tenth term of the sequence is 5.
