After Pearl Harbor, the US got fearful that "All" Japanese are spies and were forced into camps for a long point of the war. There were even some Japanese Americans in every branch of the military but after the attack, many of their squad or platoon mates either got physical or verbal just because the Japanese were now the enemy.
