Let, age of June when she is one-quarter her mother's age is x and mother's age is y.
So, y = 4x ...1)
Also, we know that difference between two person's age is constant.
So, y - x = 29-5
y - x = 24 ...2)
Solving equation 1 and 2, we get :

y = 32
Therefore, June will be 8 years old when is one-quarter her mother's age.
