Three different types of proteins:
Hormones, such as the insulin and thyroxine, it coordinates the activity of different body systems.
Digestive Enzymes, which is amylase, lipase, or pepsin (etc), it helps in digestion of food by catabolism nutrients into monomeric units
Lastly, the Contractile which is the Actin or Myosin, it effects muscle contraction
