Answer:

1/2(6n - 12) = 3/4(4-8n)

3n - 6 = 3 - 6n

+6n          +6n

9n - 6 = 3

    +6    +6

9n = 9

n = 1

That means:

First step: Distributive property

Second step: Add 6n to both sides

Third step: Add 6 to both sides
