divide 2nd equation by 2
2r-3s=6

mltiply first equation by -2 and add to first

-2r-2s=24
2r-3s=6 +
0r-5s=30

-5s=30
divide by -5
s=-6

sub back
r+s=-12
r-6=-12
add 6
r=-6

r=-6
s=-6
