All you really have to do is divide 2/3 which gives you 0.66

Then you divide 0.66 by 6 so...
0.66 ÷ 6 = 0.11!

This means that 0.11 is your simplified answer!

For this, you need to do KCF. This stands for keep, change, flip.

You're going to keep the 2/3 the same, change the division into multiplication, and flip the 6 so that it will instead be 1/6. This will look as follows:

2/3 * 1/6=  2/18  Simplify 2/18 and your final answer is 1/9
