Answer:

The tone for "All the world's a stage" is a kind of dull tone. It circles around the theme which is how everyone starts out the same way, and they kinda end up the same way. Nothing changes basically, it's unvarying. And the way Poe writes the whole poem, there's no energy or excitement. As we know, Poe wrote Dark Romanticism poems, or just Gothic fiction.
