The perimeter of a rectangle is 72 m. The width of the rectangle is 16 m. What is the area of the rectangle?

The answer is 320.

Permitted = 2x width + 2x height
width = 16
16x2 = 32
72-32 = 40
40/2 = 20 = height
16x20 = 320
