Is x+2 a factor of 3x^4+7x^3+3x^2-x-4?

lets check by putting x= - 2
3x^4+7x^3+3x^2-x-4=0
3(-2)^4+7(-2)^3+3(-2)^2+2-4=0
3*16-56+12-2=0
48-56+10=
2=0 No
x+2 is not a factor
