Answer : 14 units

You can find this 2 ways :

1st way - We have to subtract B's x coordinate by A's x coordinate [ we dont have to worry about the y coordinate because the line is horizontal]

8 - (-6) = 8+6 = 14

2nd way - Count the units between A and B
