Find the equation of a line that is perpendicular to a line whose equation is 6x - y = -1 and passes through the point ( -1, 5 ). This is very difficult for me help would be greatly appreciated!

-y=-6x-1
-1(-y=-6x-1)
y=6x+1
5=6(-1)+b
5=-6+b
b=11

y-1/6x+11
