12x^2 − 96x + 189 = 0

x= (smaller value)

x= (larger value)

12x^2 − 96x + 189 = 0
3 (2x-7) 
(2x-9)= 0
2x - 7 = 0; x = 7/2 = 3.5
2x - 9 =0; x = 9/2 = 4.5

x = 3.5 and x =4 .5
