NH3 would have the highest boiling point because the molecules have all 3 types of bonds:
London dispersion, because all molecules do
Hydrogen Bond, because of the fact that hydrogen is present and so is Nitrogen, one of the elements that hydrogen will form a hydrogen bond with.
Dipole Bond: Because the NH3 has a lone pair
