Greetings!

Simplify the expression:
[tex]=2a+3(2+a)[/tex]

Distribute the Parenthesis:
[tex]=2a+(3(2)+3(a))[/tex]

[tex]=2a+6+3a[/tex]

Combine like terms:
[tex]=(2a+3a)+6[/tex]

The Answer Is:
[tex]\boxed{=5a+6}[/tex]

I hope this helped!
