LM¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ is the midsegment of trapezoid ABCD . AB=78 and DC=142 . What is LM ?

The midsegment has a length equal to the average of the base lengths.

LM = (AB +DC)/2
.. = (78 +142)/2
LM = 110
