When a solution is in equilibrium, all movement of its molecules stops?

False. 

At equilibrium, the molecules are still moving, but the rate of the forward reaction and the backwards reaction are equal. The molecules are still combining/breaking apart depending on the reactions, but at a rate where the concentrations of both products and reactants remain the same.
