Answer: C) 0

You can use a calculator to get this answer, a reference table, or the unit circle. The angle pi radians is equivalent to 180 degrees. Note how the point on the unit circle corresponding to 180 degrees is (1,0). This point has a y coordinate of zero. More broadly, y = sin(theta) where theta is the angle.
